Sims crash with some towns & if I buy beds. [SOLVED]

So I have the legal base game and downloaded all the expansions. I've applied the ultimate fix crack then played and that's when I noticed the crashes. If I start a new game and select a town other than Sunset Valley it crashes right away. And if I make a game in Sunset Valley it seems like it plays just fine. I bought some stuff for my place, ran around doing jobs.. But I go to buy a new bed one day and BAM, instant crash. I thought it was just a once off, so I reloaded and tried right away to buy a bed. Crashed again. One other thing I noticed as well, I can't interact with people either. So I uninstalled every game, shut down my computer, then turned it on and reinstalled them all then reapplied the ultimate fix crack. Still have the same problems... Any advice?

I did, but when I reinstalled the game I kept them out.

Hello,
Ok, let's do a clean installation. Please do as following and NOTHING else:
1. Completely uninstall The Sims 3 and all its expansions and stuff.
2. Restart your PC.
3. Install The Sims 3 base game.
4. Install any expansions you like, but DO NOT APPLY any included cracks!
5. Install Late Night, but DO NOT APPLY any included cracks!
6. Install Outdoor Living Stuff, but DO NOT APPLY any included cracks!
7. Apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t752-the-sims-3-latest-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
8. See if it works now.

Alright, I'll give it a try.

It works now! ^_^ I'll miss my mods though.. Late Night does not like them lol But I can live without them :3 Thank you very much.

Some mods may work, but I'm not sure which ones do or don't work. You should ask our user "Yusifer", as she seems to know a lot about these things.
