Sims 3 custom content? Empty Sims 3 custom content?

I wasn't really sure where to put this, so i just put it here as i need a tip Very Happy
So i downloaded all the files off here for the sims 3, all of the EP's.
But im having trouble uploading custom content to my game, from any source.
It lets me upload sims store items, but nothing else, so no custom content from any other site.
Wondering if anyone can help? Smile

Well, can you tell us the .file extension on the content you're trying to install? Because there are a couple different types, and that could be why you're having issues.
