I have:
- both the expansion pack and the base game
- downloaded the ultimate fix AND the crash to desktop fix'

It worked this morning for me, then i went out and came back to start up a new game and it won't let me.

Yeah, I have updated it.

i tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it keeps me stuck at the same place.
