My Sims 3 is lagging a lot after installing Gamebooster and other expansion packs

It is very weird that my Sims 3 game is laggy and the game often stops running when i am playing the game. What's weirder, the green mark above my sim can still turn and the water in the river can still flow. What is wrong with my game? Is there a virus in it?

Second, the Gamebooster you recommend sometimes work and often it doesn't work. The game is still loading slowly very often. What can I do with this issue?

PS I haven't installed any mods nor any unofficial packs for The Sims 3

Just to be sure, try backing up and removing this folder completely: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\

How many expansions do you have installed, and which ones?

I have installed Late Night, Ambitions, Pets, Seasons, Supernatural, Showtime and World Adventure. Plus, the cat I adopted is a little strange. When I zoomed out, the thick fur on the cat disappeared and it leaves a skinny cat shape. But when I zoomed in, it became the cat with thick fur. Water disappeared. I think I have togged the quality of the graphics in the options and that affects the graphic.
