TS3 - Seasons : Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)

I was playing Sims 3 yesterday, and it was going quite well. Today, I downloaded TS3 Seasons, and now I can't seem to play it. When I go to the launcher it tells me to check the log, and that an error occurred. Knowing about things like this, I went into the drive that I had installed it on (drive D, as C is quite small), and attempted to boot straight from TS3.exe. Then it gave me this: "Unable to start game. Service initialization failed (0x0175dcbb)". This had happened before with my Supernatural installation. I had previously installed Late Night, Ambitions and Pets, though they were deleted as I had gained malware, and I re-installed Windows. I have been using Windows XP, and it's stats are

If it makes a difference, I am using Razor's TS3 iso, not yours.

This is very important because when i first downloaded the Sims 3 and eps I experienced the same issue too and i followed the instructions and it worked!

By the way, I wonder if this is your typing mistake or what. If you want
to play TS3 with the expansion packs you must start TS3W.exe rather
than TS3.exe. TS3.exe is for playing the original game WITHOUT any
expansion packs!
