Game Problems? Empty Game Problems?

So I downloaded University and well I'm not sure what content comes with it; whether its a world or what but the university loading screen loadsand basically I don't have any buildings, world or anything pertaining to the university ep. I have the ultimate fix, I tried to re-download it but nothing is coming up in game. I run windows 7 and I have almost every EP. Everything else load for all my other eps except for university. Any Advice is appreciated thank you.
