QUICK QUESTION

Does anyone know how to add tiles, flooring etc to buildings from TS3: Late Night?
I want to add buildings to Aurora skies and some lots aren't filling up the whole lot and so I want to make it nicer by adding more tiles and junk. If this makes sense, please

While in Edit Town mode, in the bottom left corner of your screen, there should be four buttons, a cursor, a hand, a saw and paintroller, and a bulldozer. Press the saw and paintroller button (the tooltip should say Build/Buy). Now press the lot that you want to edit. Now you should be able to edit it

It's still isn't working on the high rise buildings, like the clubs and apatments :/
