Sims can't leave for university?

Just downloaded the sims university and I enrolled my sims into university they start to leave and then i go into map view and it says there was an unexpected error and i have been refunded fully for the university fees. I have no mods and have tried clearing the cache, is there anything else that i can do?

Also The Sims University world won't load it just goes straight back to edit town in the town i was in.

Still doesn't work..

i have a simuler problem apart from when my sim grads uni they cant click on anything and it wont send them home just wont do a damn thing

ive finaly sorted that problem now it wont let me upload my resume. this game is bugged to hell

How did you fix it?

deleated all my downloaded store items

I don't have any store items, so still no luck for me!

mods custom content anything like that the addon towns dont work to good with them

how do u put the mods in thou lady i dont have a mod file

I need the package file or somthing dont i i dont have anything like that anymore and aint a clue where to get it again
