Problem after starting the game

Hi,
I have a problem after starting a game. It show me this (pic) and I can do nothing. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?



I have installed all expansions packs except the last one - Island paradise.

have you tried clearing caches? Playing without custom content and mods?

I have just installed all the games/extensions and this is the first start of the game. I haven´t got any custom mods etc.

are you using downloaded copies of the games or legit bought ones?

the only thing i can suggest as of now is try to reinstall everything. I have no experience with downloaded versions of the game. I'm sorry, maybe someone else knows how to help you

Just one question, it´s necessary to instal origin and other Download managers with downloaded game? Or I could skip them?

skip them because origin is only for legit copies
