Question installing Island Paradise. [SOLVED]

So now I want to add in Paradise Island Expansion , do I need to repeat all the steps again ??

O yeah and about the " Cash " items in Sims3 , is it re-open yet ? Before I recall Games4TheWorld has it down for something and it be coming back later ?

Like example if I choose April 2013 , I only get all the items released during April 2013 , but I won't get items like back in 2009 , 2010 etc right ?
