Sims3 Base game problem. [SOLVED]

I installed Sims3 base game and I had to manually install the patch but now I get this message.                                                                                                                                                  




I read all the instructions on the https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly. I had already installed Sims3 with all Expansion and Stuff packs but I had to delete them because of some problems with the game.
I would be grateful for your help because my Sims are really missing.

Please re apply the Ultimate Fix. If needed, use my new tool (see this topic).

I solved the problem so I installed Sims3 Paradise Island and it's all ok. 
Anyway thanks for the advice.
