So when I was reading the how to install sims 3 games,etc.. correctly, it says you don't need to install cracks if you have at least one of the games installed? I store bought Sims 3 base game, Late Night, Generations, Pets & High End Loft, so I have all of those games on a disc. So I want to use the Seasons one, do I still need to use the crack? I downloaded the ultimate fix btw.

What the install instructions are saying is that the crack from "Games4TheWorld" (the so-called "Ultimate fix") ONLY works if you have at least one of the mentioned expansions installed on your computer. If not, then you would need other ways to start the game (theoretically by way of the "No-CD" mod and by a physical disc).

But we recommend installing one (or more) of the expansions mentioned.
