i already follow the installation corectly with sims fix. but..

the sims 3 'has stopped working' on windows 7 HEEEEEELLLLLPP. [SOLVED] First11
and when i click 'yes' its gone and i fastly click the play button. and it shows 'sims 3 has stopped working' windows. here the content:

Hello,

Script error can be ignored because it's a webpage error in "Welcome" page and it's EA's fault not to correct it. Can you (re)do steps 2-4 of this guide and try again?

thanks it works! but when in game, sudenly it crashes and 'has stopped working' again :'| also the lag

First of all, may I ask where you've got the base game and the expansions from? Second, I suggest clearing these files:

-CASPartCache.package
-compositorCache.package
-scriptCache.package
-simCompositorCache.package
-socialCache.package
-the contents of the folders "WorldCaches" & "Thumbnails"

Please tell us the results after deleting these files and running the game.

Hello,

Where did your brother download these from? Are the base game/expansions legal discs? And those files can be located in C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3.

Hello,

First I want to confirm the source of download. Can you tell me exactly where your brother's got these from (the website's name or the uploader's name). Second you are looking into the wrong folder. Open My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. The folder shown in the picture is the directory of the installation folder, not the one you are asked to look for.

it works. thank you :)i don't know-___- he borrowed the file form his friend. so i'm not sure where his friend get it from.
