Sims 3 keeps crashing :( help

Ever since I updated my game it keeps crashing with the message sims 3 has crashed but it was working fine!! I'm so annoyed I've put the ultimate fix in and still nothing I updated it with the super patch and it still keeps crashing Sad

You need to re apply the Ultimate Fix after your update (only the files from the #Crack folder though).

Also if I try to install custom content via the launcher the install stops responding and cant install any of my cc Sad

OK, PLease follow these steps...

1. Redownload and re-apply the Manual 1.57 Patch
2. Redownload and re-apply the Ultimate Fix, following the updated instructions HERE

This should fix the problem. If it doesn't please post a .png image of the Deviceconfig.log file and any error .log file(s) from your ....\my documents\electronic arts\the sims 3 folder
