Origin must be running error

Okay, so i've patiently poked and prodded, uninstalled, reinstalled, added exceptions to anti-malware, removed anti-malware program entirely, added exceptions to firewall, disabled windows firewall, and have fully updated windows. I'm still at a loss. I have only ever downloaded the sims 4 from your site, and i know i've followed the instructions correctly as the copy on my wifes computer is working flawlessly with all dlc appearing and no origin running. I am easily on my tenth install after clean uninstall. I'm really not sure what else to try now. Hopefully someone else has some advice for me, or something new i can try?

I have now uninstalled origin and sims 4 (again) rebooted cpu and reinstalled only sims 4, still no dice. I'll keep updating this as i go i suppose. Again, any help would be greatly appreciated
