Moving Sims 4

Hi guys.

I am wondering something ...
Did someone tried to move some of their sims out of the house?
In Sims 2 and Sims 3 that was possible if one of the sims called moving service (or went on their computer) and you could choose which sims will move out of the house ... (and where, if you'd like that).
I don't want to move whole family, but only 2 sims out of 3.
Since beginning i play that my "kids" when they are adult stay in the house and i move his/her parents (along with other kids, if any), so i can continue to play with only one.
I tried with phone, but it moves whole family.

Any information will be useful, or i'll be forced to kill them
