sims 3 generations and town life saying insert disk

i downloaded both games from you. i have all the other games and expansion i bought. i did what you said and i downloaded the fix but it still says please insert the disk. please help

With the information you gave here. I can tell you, that you misplace the crack file.
You should re-do the ultimate fix. Before that, can you please upload where you place the crack file. (Use print screen)

i put the crack into the sims 3 bin like it said.
