unable to launch sims4 : origin is not running

sorry before,
i had installed basic sims 4 from reloaded,and download the sims 4 ultimate fix,
make an exception list on avast,installer and file i have installed,
before i download ultimate fix i had issues about rdl.dll,
and after i patched with ultimate fix the issues has gone,
but when the game start running to blank screen,it return to desktop with error it say origin is not running bla bla bla,
im using amd a8 with radeon dual 2gb,and windows 8.1
please help me to fix it,
i have 2 days to get this app works but nothing i can do,thanks !
