Sims 4 Has Stopped Working. Empty Sims 4 Has Stopped Working.

I've moved it out of the EA folder, downloaded the base game and packs in the correct order, ran as admin, edited my anti-virus software, ran Origin offline, and put it in the right location. It just refuses to open.

When does that error message occur exactly ? Within the game, or right after starting up ? Have you also had a chance to look at the suggestions in this thread here ?
