Sims 3 Store Links Broken (even mirrors)

So I after losing all my Sims 3 mods, and downloads from my external after about a year or two I decide to play again out of the blue. Now a lot of the downloads do work and I have them but a lot of them are broken links and some don't even have a mirror. I'm on the Games4theWorld Downloads site trying to get the store updates and locations,etc and that's where I'm having the issue. The original download link for the Fix is also broken but the mirror works.

I'm not too upset, I can find other mods and such but just letting you guys know there are some links that need to be taken care of!

Hello @Leech,

Unfortunately, the site is (still) in beta-phase, hence a lot of things aren't working. As for the store fix-link, I actually recall the mirror not working as well (until a few weeks ago), hence I uploaded them on my own here too - if anybody is interested.

As for the store items, maybe you want to have a look at this here:

This is a "semi-official" release, but you can trust Sim Architect's stuff. A complete collection of Sims 3 store items may be the better way to go for you. I myself got such a similar compilation from Piratebay, way back in 2014 I think. Shortly before Sims 4 came out. It's from an uploader named "rachelstoolbox", but I don't know if the torrent is still up...
