Hi, I download the game while ago, It works fine.. But I re-install it an error always occur saying 'Insert disk 1"

That is usually caused by not using winRAR, can you say if you used winRAR, or some other program to extract the file you downloaded?

Also, can you post a screenshot of the downloaded .RAR file opened in WinRAR?

Thats the problem, I've already extract it a year ago, I install it and it works fine and, When I try to re-install it, I get the error

It's entirely possible that the files you've extracted have become corrupted.

Its Okay, Thanks for ur help.. I re-download a new one, It works fine.. The Thumbnails folder was missing in the old one.. Anyway Thanks for ur help Smile

Yes, sometimes (but only rarely) I get an endless saving loop too. No game is perfect I guess, and especially not The Sims 3. If it happens more often though, it could be a problem with the savefile.

Did you save your sim (family) into the "Bin", in Edit-town-mode, at some point ?
