The game needs Origin

My Sims 4 game (3DM version) worked perfectly fine until yesterday i openend "GeForce Experience" and clicked "Optimize" on my Sims 4. The game says "Origin is currently not running". I uninstall the 3DM version and installed the sims 4 from this site. I have followed the instructions correctly but it's still not working. I don't have any CC or mods. Please help

How did you uninstall the 3DM version, I hope not by just removing the installation folder ?

first, i uninstalled it by removing the program through control panels. I reinstall it but it's still not working. Then i uninstalled it again using Revo Uninstaller.

Even if the OP "just removed the installation folder", it shouldn't be the cause for this specific problem.

I haven't been posting much lately; do you still need help with that ? Have you made sure to correctly configure your anti-virus and Windows Defender "exclusions" ? See for example this topic here, to get you started on this (difficult) issue:

The Windows Defender turned off automatically. My "main" antivirus is avast and i just inserted some paths mentioned in "How to install the sims 4 correctly" in avast exclusions. I will try the guide in your link tomorrow. Thank you
