The Sims 2 - can I skip installing some of the patches? [SOLVED]

Hi! First time poster here.

First of all I wanna thank you for your tireless work supporting gamers! Wish everyone was like that.

So, I seem to have forgotten to install some of the patches while I was installing the complete ts2 :$

Would that be a huge problem or am I safe? Should I reinstall the eps i forgot to patch only or should I just uninstall everything and start over from scratch?  

(I haven't tried running the game yet)

Hello @emmysmokes and welcome to the Forum,

You should be able to apply the patches just fine, even after you install other expansions/stuffpacks. These patches are essentially there to fix in-game bugs and glitches. Good luck!
