Cannot Play nor Uninstall TS4 in Yosemite

Hi guys! I'm using Mac OS Yosemite 10.10.5 and I was able to install and play TS4 for once, after installation. But today, when I want to play TS4 again, there is error message and when I want to uninstall it, error message pops up again! How to solve it? Please help

Has your antivirus deleted the ridorigin file? You need to add it to the exceptions.
If it's gone, then you need to reinstall your game, but before that copy all files from the sims 4 folder into another, so that your progress is not lost when you start again. After you reinstall the game, you copy the files back to the sims 4 folder and you start from where you ended your last game.
