Sims 3 Loading bar stuck at the very end when trying to enter neighborhood

Hi, iv been dealing with this problem for alot of hours now ,

I installed the sims 3 complete collection today and i followed all of the instructions on the installation guide, when i finished i ran the game everything was fine up until i got to picking a neighborhood, the loading bar gets stuck right at the end with the music off, i had this same problem witha different torrent yesterday and i spent 8 hours trying to fix it but got no where, i thought it may have been a problem with the torrent id downloaded so i downloaded the one from here but im still stuck on the same problem, iv searched pages and pages of google and nothing has helped

I havent got any mods whatsoever on my game, i just installed the expansions and stuff packs and ran the game

i tried all that with the last one i downloaded and still nothing, i renamed the file, i lowered the graphics everything and still nothing

Hello and welcome to the Forum @Rochelle,

You could try de-activating these "interactive loading screens", in your game menu. Also try going under Documents\Electronic Arts\ and change the folder name of "The Sims 3", into anything else. Then re-start the game again.
