I can't install The Sims 3 Store packages! [SOLVED]

Hey guys! I have a problem installing the packages from the both store updates. I followed the instructions, I tried everything, but the installer keep saying: There are no packages to install! Please help me! What should I do? Thank you!

Hello,
Where did you copy the sims3packs to? If you copied them to C:\Documents and Settings\Your PC\My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads, they should show up in the launcher.

Hello,
That's weird. What happens if you doubleclick the files? That's another way to install them into the game.

When I double click on the files, the installer says that there are no packages to install
