Zclient completely unusable

First topic message reminder :

Says it's too old and that i need to download a new version on their page (that doesn't exist?), then it just closes. I tried turning my computer on and off and even redownloading it. Seems weird that I would be the only one with this problem?

I'm getting the same message saying that it's too old but also right after I get that message my zclient crashes. I followed the instructions perfectly and I started to download it since last night and it was fine until I woke up today and it showed that it had stopped downloading and crashed. Then I went back to the manual f5 to get the newest one, downloaded and did the steps again and then I started to receive this "too old message" and to note also after downloading the new version after the f5 refresh I no longer receive the confirmation message that I was auth. it just shows in the window "trying to connect" then "connected" and that's it. So it won't auth. because the site is down?

That's my best guess. I've been having the same issue. The master server is down, so nothing's accessible. It's not just us. In their forum, people have been complaining about trying to access other games too, having the same issues. When (if) the server is back up, we'll just have to try again.

Mine just loaded in and updated. I am able to play now, see if any of you can get in now.

Indeed, I can verify this, it's back up. Let's see how long it will take us to crash it down again

Site is back online, and my Sims 4 is loading up nicely. Happy Simming!

EDIT: Nevermind, I moved all folders about when ZLOrigin was down and I thought it was an issue with my game. It's just updating now.

Have you checked your smapbox
If you used an hotmal adress, there are many reports that it will never be received.
Use gmail or yahoo

yes, thank you, done!I have another problem now.. i've downloaded the base game and now i was trying to download expansions pack, but the download failed. Now it tells me "download in pause" and if i try to download anything, it tells me always the same thing.." download failed", even if it has never started to download it.. 

I actually have no problems with ZOrigin. Had a bit of a hitch with starting game, but I run into it before and a option to fix issues took care of that. What I wonder now is where do I get the mood lamps rewards  they are gone ooops. wonder what else is missing

Looks like zloemu-site is down again. Can anyone confirm this?

Yep, same happening to me. It was perfectly fine downloading all night (although it's annoying that I have to restart the whole thing every few hours because it randomly crashes and I have 3mb of speed...) but it stopped working a little while ago

It's down for me too. I can't login to ZClient or ZLOrigin either.

Ah. I figured this would happen eventually... but not so swiftly. I'm surprised they got Russia to give a f**k, I blame Trump.

Worst of luck, I was on 85% of downloading when it crashed. I really hope it comes back on soon... :\

yep, dead again, my ZLClient gets to connected then hangs for a few seconds than crashes, was hoping to play some Sims 4 but oh well.

Sigh, I want to play and the server is again down.

Just mentioning guys, YES, the servers, site and so on is down atm.

Honestly dude, all of the stuff you're saying is bs, if they didn't want to offer the Sims to play for ANYONE (women like you say, and dudes that I know who like to play the game) it wouldn't be there. So I don't know what makes you think your gaming is more important. But a very irrelevant comment.
