Did Step 1-Compatiblilty and Step 2-DEP!!! Sims 3 still Crashes!!!

Have the same problem as "Litzy" in the "Crash Fix Forum"! I did step 1-Compatibility and Step 2-DEP, i didn't understand step 3. With DEP it still crashed, i tried twice but it still crashed.

With Compatibility, when i click to open the launcher nothing happen. The sims 3 doesn't load.

I even tried "Run as Administrator" but it still didnt open.

Besides that, did you watch the DEP instructions video very carefully?
Also, if you have any Mods and/or Custom Content, remove ALL of them and then restart your game.

yea i watched the dep video lik 3tymz. did eac steps whil watchin d video! i tried deletin d mods n custom it stil doesnt work.
