I have done everything.
Now its saying my game isn't updated.
When I've refreshed it a billion times.
It's definitely up to date.
I have the store bought Sims 3 & Sims Ambitions expansion pack.
Does this effect it some how?
I've loaded the Sims 3 pets & it doesn't show up.
So frustrating this is a screen shot of what keeps happening.

Hello,
Check your base game version anyway by hovering your mouse over the base game icon in the lower left corner there. Just to make sure.
