The Sims 4 on Mac, Can't start the game

Hi, so I installed the sims 4 following the Games4theworld instructions and it worked until i got the message that talks about the contents of the user data being missing and the need to update the game, i delete the Default document as internet suggested but I don't know how to start the game since the message blocked the launch and there's no icon or way to open it.
I used the FitGirl latest repack. Please help!!!
