I CAN'T PLAY Empty I CAN'T PLAY

I have instal the sims cats and dogs. When i launche the  game and try to get to my household it appears like this I CAN'T PLAY Viber_10
I CAN'T PLAY Viber_11 

And when i try to create o new household the screen gets white and i can't do anything

Hi @annelanda

Do you have any mods/CCs install to your game? If yes, I'd suggest taking them out and see if that helps. If not, try re-installing the game again.
