Game data damaged. Repair or reinstall via Origin [Error]

This is what I installed/did so far:
1.  Base game
2. Get to Work
3. Get Together
4. City Living
5. Vampires, etc., etc.
6. Changed "Game" folder to "Game_"
7. Parenthood
8. Deleted "Game_"
9. Tried game if worked properly. It kept on redirecting me to the world select screen. Therefore, I proceeded with installing the next DLC
10. Fitness Stuff
11. I tried to check again. This was when the error showed.

NOTE: I followed other instruction like change your folder destination, etc, etc. 



Please help me. 

Have you already tried to start the game with TS4_x64.exe ?

I had this error...and then came to a complete realization that I was stupid and placed everything in the wrong folder. But you only need ONE game folder you appear to have two...
