Sims 3 Crashes while traveling
I have downloaded all of the expansion and stuff packs and they had always worked perfectly, thank you guys. Then I started downloading mods and no problem arose, but later I started having problems while traveling, the game crashed to the desktop showing a message of "The sims 3 has stopped working". I tried to check if the mods were conflicting, so I took the folder out and entered the game again.
I tried to travel and the game never crashed, but it kept loading endlessly! I kept waiting for more than two hours for the game to finish loading, but it never ended so I resetted my computed manually. And I never figured out if the mods were causing trouble. What can I do now? I can play the game with the mods folder in, but if I take it out it's also unplayable and I will never know what is causing trouble

Hello,
Are you by any chance using the traveler from Nraas? That mod usually prevents these kind of issues. You may want to try it. Look here.

Re: Sims 3 Crashes while traveling
I will take a look to it
Edit: I tried the mod, and the game still crashes. I didn't remove the others mod although, but I don't know if it's the best to do this because maybe the game wil never finish loading.
//EDIT
I tried a different thing. I took out "The sims 3" folder to the desktop
and tried a new game. Travelling was possible. In that new game I put
the "Mods" folder in, and I still could travel. After that, I put my
"Saves" folder and it still worked.
Then I tried putting the
"Downloads" folder and first, I had a lot of trouble trying to install
them all, because at first it said that they all had success, except a
few. I teid reinstalling the missing ones and it succeeded, but then the
launcher showed that there was still some content that remained
unistalled. I re-installed them but I got a message that said that they
were already installed. So I have some content that shows as unistalled
but is installed.
Then I entered the game and couldn't travel, so
I'm guessing it's because of CC. I heard there is an easy way to manage
CC called CC Magic, but I don't really know how to use it. How can I
spot the file (or files) that are causing trouble?
PS: While I
was trying to get the game started, I got a few messages sayiing that a
serious error had occurred and I had to restart the apliccation. What
does this mean? I loaded the game with another save file.
