OrangeEmu64.dll is missing and i cant get into the game :(

hello i'm new here ! 
i have downloaded the new sims 4 update and now orangeemu64.dll is missing . 
i looked at the forum and tried the windows tutorial and there is a problem - i don't have "disable anti spyware" in my HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender 
a
and i didn't find any other tutorial !
is there another way to fix this issue ?

First of all make sure that your install folder for the Sims 4 (probably something like C:\Program Files (x86)\Thge Sims 4 is under the exceptions in your anti-virus program.
Then download Orangeemu.rar HERE
Place the .rar file in your install folder The Sims 4\Game\Bin and then extract it with Winrar

Try this: https://support.microsoft.com/help/4028485/ Just add whole "The Sims 4\Game\Bin" folder to exception list.

i have put sims 4 bin in the exceptions and downloaded the orange file 
now it gives me this error 

"unable to start :
cannot start because required game data is missing or damaged . please repair or reinstall the game via origin .
(some kind of long code)"

(sorry i cant upload an image because im not more than 7 days here )  
first time this game is giving me problems :<

One format was enough. It's not Discord, it's not Disqus, it's a forum, and on forum we use bbcode.

Delete "Game_", "Game__" and "Game____" folders, download and extract "Game" folder from Update 1.46 thread. Not the update, just the Game folder, there's separate link.

Hi, I initially had the same issue with the missing orangeemu64.dll. I downloaded the .rar file that's linked above but I'm getting diagnostic messages from WinRAR after clicking "Extract Here".

This is the result:

!   C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\orangeemu.rar: Cannot create OrangeEmu.dll
!   Access is denied.
!   C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\orangeemu.rar: Cannot create OrangeEmu64.dll
!   Access is denied.
!   C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin\orangeemu.rar: No files to extract

Any clue with what's going on?

Because if you want to do something in "C:\Program Files (x86)" you need admin rights. But you can't extract as administrator from context menu. So move "orangeemu.rar" to some other folder, extract it there, and then move extracted files to "C:\Program Files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin".

I added it just now. Dang it. I just noticed my windows defender was on. Most of the time, it's turned off like how I previously updated my game.
