Sim's eyebrow colors keep changing in game

Hello everyone,

I had this problem today and I didn't have any new content or mods in the game,
I disabled the mods anyway and tried again, it didn't work.
It happened when I was taking a photo of my sim, her eyebrow color changed and it doesn't keep on one color whatever I do.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix it?

Are these custom-content (= fan-made) eyebrow colors? If so, if you happen to know which CC exactly they are, feel free to mention their name here and/or provide a download link. I'll check it out then.
