disclaimer: i've downloaded all the sims 4packs and patches on my laptop before so i know what im doing (kinda) 

I've recently had a new computer and decided to download all the sims 4 packs and whatnot.
it started off well where I drag a pack into the game folder and load up the sims to see if it works and it does, until i dragged I think the Parenthood pack. When i click the  sims 4 icon nothing pops up, it does the little pinwheel to say its loading but nothing comes up, nothing opens in task manager either to say its trying to load. I've tried running as admin, I tried loading up the shortcut in the sims 4 folder and nothings pops up. I go into electronic arts/the sims 4/game/bin and even tried loading up the TS4_x64 and this pops up

Yeah you messed up the installation order. There's no other explanation. https://www.games4theworld.club/t21806-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-4-correctly

also try deleting folder in documents. I took out tray, mods, saves and deleted the rest, started up a new game and then quit and put those folders back in. this can also happen if you update origin version of the game without an update for the G4Tw version.
