Installing G4tW Sims 4 on a new PC?

I will be trading in my current computer for a new one tonight. I am in the process of backing up files etc. I have all of the G4tW expansion packs up through magic (and am downloading university as we speak). But, I think I installed the base game from origin using an account my friends & I used to share.
When I get the new computer set up, can I simply copy the entire Sims 4 file from my external hard drive back to the Program Files location?

Yes, simply copying the installation of your current The Sims 4 (to the new computer), is the most straightforward solution in that case. If you have an installation up to Realm of Magic, the folder will be about 35 GB in size.
