But what if she dies by accident for example, will the Instagram then end as well (with an obituary)? Or will you just exit the game without saving, and then hopefully continue playing with her?

LOL! I had saved the game right before she was cooking for the first time as I had a feeling she would cause a fire. AND SHE DID.. Thankfully she extinguished herself in time. Haha, I would probably exit the game..
