Store items not showing up in game. [SOLVED] Empty Store items not showing up in game. [SOLVED]

Hello im having a issue with the store updates not showing up in game i had to reformat my pc and just got my sims3 and alll exp packs re-installed now when i add my store items they show up in the launcher under downloads i select all and it installs them no issues says it suceeded but in game there are no store items at all,,this has never been a problem before as i have used this store update before and all items worked fine,any help would be much appreciated thanks in advance...
