No black screen or error

I downloaded The Sims 3 - Razor1911 MAXSPEED end, I do a lot of shit this time I create a new driver G:, has more memory than C:, but the problem is that I install The Sims 3 - Razor1911 Final MAXSPEED . iso.and after installing the cracks, updates also everything happens NOTHING! no black screen no error, but the worst and my computer already ran the sims3 and had never happened that I've played GTA IV and was much heavier and never gave me problems, but the sims3 has given me many headaches I do not know what else to do my ati board readeon not let me down what should I do to make it run I tried everything including the service pack windows xp, to man desperate to play this game.

The time before (this in 2011) I did everything right and often ask to install the game and never had any errors since I installed all the expansions up to pets after that never had played.
Now in 2012 I need to know what should I do to install and play it again and my pc has memory space left and ran quietly what should I do? I installed and reinstalled 300 times and all q when I say I ctrl + alt + del it appears

Yeah i still don´t know what happen the game is not running no black screen or error shows what i should do?

Ts3w.exe from the bin file i installed everything since the beginning,i do the update but nothing works, i still don´t know what to do! anyway video explain this? there is no black screen or just that screen i have post it´s annoying thing!!!!

YESSS I DID THE GAME FINALLY WORKS!!!!!!!!!!! i use another method to make the game run i have to download 4 dll
xinput1_1.dll

xinput1_2.dll

xinput1_3.dll

xinput9_1_0.dll

I have downloaded in the site dll files, after the download put the files in

(C:/ Windows / System32)

and i downloaded the all the updates from the base game
the frist 1.0.6: until the last 1.34.27
do same thing the with the others games

4.2.32 to the last 4.10.1

late night
5.2.4 to the last 5.8.1

High-End Loft Stuff
