Is it possible to find celebs or become an actor in Twinbrook as there are no nightlife spots?

You can become a celeb in any neighborhood. No nightlife spots are needed. Heck some of my mostly empty neighborhoods with only the standard boltholes and 4 families was once overrun with celebs :S
