Missing EA GAMES folder in My Documents

(sry about my english-I'm from Poland) Hey guys I got a problem...I got base TH3 and almost all expansions ending on Diesel, I got Ultimate Fix from this forum and also I updated game to 1.42 BUT when I updated it, my problem starts, first the game sloweeeed down and it was impossible to play so I reinstall (i thought it was becouse my hundred of packagdes :p). But after uninstall and remowe\delete ALL packages and base game the problem stays the same, what's more now I don't have this folder in MY DOCUMENTs..I started the game for the first time and closed it but the folder didn't appear! I didn't install any stuffs or anything at all and the game still is slowed down to impossible! I was playing it till this 1.42 update...and now I don't know what to do Please

Don't have what folder in Documents?
Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3 is how it should look. Well I guess the following.
C:\Users\\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3

It's slow to load and play. Ok I started game and saved - folder appeard but games it still sloow as hell and whats more when I play my sim the game stops for 10sec...I can't slow or gain time speed. i don't understends why I got all of this problems?? Last week my game was PERFECT!

EDIT: Is there any possibility that my .iso file with the base game was damaged or something like that? I reinstalled the game for the 4 time now and the problems stays the same (and now even all parcels are blue)....wtf? My parameters are

Win 7 home premium (klasyfikacja 5.9)
AMD Phenom 3GHz
3,25 GB RAM
32 bit

Wait, did you re-install everything when you updated to 1.42? Did you use downloads from other people on G4TW prior to it?

Yes I reinstall whole game and did exactly what said on ultimate fix, but my .iso was from other site. I ques that's the answer
