Re: mounting problems
Not all of our downloads require files to be mounted, e.g. All The Sims 3 expansions just require you to run a .exe file.
Are there any setup files/.exe files in the extracted folder for them?

Hello,
Can you show a screenshot of that?
If you can't find the ISO image, it's highly likely there isn't one. I can access my ext. HD at the moment (kid is using it to watch movies lol) so I can't tell you if this it true for Hotel Tycoon 2, but I'm 100% sure The Sims 1 complete doesn't have an ISO image. Watch the video to see how to install it, and perhaps you'll find that your other downloads work quite the same way.

Try changing the game's resolution in-game. Also try running the game as an administrator.
If that didn't work, please provide the following information:
1. Your graphic card model.
2. Your operating system.
3. 32- or 64-bit.

Hello there,
Please use Speccy ( www.speccy.com ) to find out what your graphic card model is, if you don't know how to find it.

Hi there,
That's odd... are you on a laptop?
If yes, what's your laptop's brand and model?

Re: mounting problems
Hello there,
I did some research on this problem and yes, it is indeed a cheap laptop. Especially the hardware.
I don't think I've got a lot of good news/fixes for you. Try this graphic driver: http://www.viaarena.com/Driver/xpesp2_p4m800ce_16944444_xp_wishld_logo_v20.zip
It dates back to the 7th of March, 2006 though...

thanks for the help
well after taking your suggestion and changing to 16 bit it made a huge difference only cant see a small taskbar size portion of the bottom of the screen and the game is now centered and i can see about85% of the screen width i think its time to get a real computer if i want to go back doing some pc gaming so guess im back to the 360 full time till i can afford it thank you games4theworld has the greatest support and on the bright side my computer is loading images twice as fast!

Hello,
You're welcome, sorry we couldn't fully fix your problem.
There might be one more thing we could try, using the "-f" command. Not sure whether it's going to work though.
Please contact me via the Forum's Chatbox on the homepage when you see me online on the Forum.
