electronic art/sims 3/game/bin permissions. [CLOSED]

so I'm trying to do the fix but I can't copy the file "TSLHost.dll" because it says I need permission even though I've given myself (administrator) all of the permissions, does anyone know why it won't allow me to move that file?

Ive actually fixed this now just waiting for the update to install *fingers crossed this works*
