The title explains my problem, I KEEP GETTING ROOMMATES HOW DO I STOP THIS. I Dismiss them then another one comes in.

Hello,

You need to cancel "Roommate Service", or else roommates will keep spawning.

To do that, click on the smartphone of your sims and choose Real Estate >> Roommates Service. There, you will be able to diable the roommate service.
