Downloaded the latest update yesterday and no expansion pack shows up in game

Hello all!
I am new to this and just downloaded EVERYTHING yesterday following the guide. I downloaded the base game from games4theworld as well as the expansion packs in order and the final ultimate fix. I ran into an error about the origins not running but I quickly fixed it by moving my "The Sims 4" folder to Programs as stated in the guide to play with the 64-bit. So now I am able to open the game with no issues, but now none of the expansion packs have synced in with the game. So, although I didn't delete and reinstall anything, I did redo the steps by reinstating the expansion packs, following the order, into TS4 folder and replaced everything as stated. Again, no luck, I only have the base game running on the latest update and thats it. I really hope you guys can help me, I am really desperate to play TS4 again since the semester ended! Thank you in advance <3

Okay,  my first question is, when you say you have downloaded everything, do you mean you have also downloaded and installed the FIX from here?

These are only for those that want to play a patched base game only.
Do not add to a game with DLC, or you will lose your DLC.

If you did, that is the reason why you do not have any DLC's in your game.

I did not download it from there, I downloaded from their downloads page that contains everything like the Sims 3 and 4 with the OG sims, etc.

However, I will download from the link you gave me. But i do have a question, I will have to delete everything and start from scratch? or can I just download the base game from your link and just use the torrents of the expansion that have already been installed and seeded? thank you so much for responding, i really appreciate it!

I think I would try a complete fresh install
Start with base game, then get to work, get together, city living, toddlers and Vampires, parenthood and finally the patch.
Please testrun your game before installing a new pack.
After installing the base game, move ( cut/paste ) the game out ofC drive, program files ( 86 ) Electronic arts. Move to program files c
 The best is if you follow these instruction extremely carefully.

These steps are vitally important. You have to do them. If you want all the DLC's, this is what I would do.

Do you mean creating a shortcut or completely moving the folder? And also, would I have to adjust my security system to match the location of the files or does it even matter? lol thank you so much!

Alright I'll give it another go, however, when you say reinstall, do I have to re-torrent everything? Like TS4 and all the expansion packs? Or can I just uninstall the entire folder and the programs from my computer and start again using the torrents that already seeded, etc? Thank you!
