Mac user having trouble with Ultimate Fix (Sims 4) [SOLVED]

Hiya, so I've been trying to download The Sims 4 on my Mac, and I've gotten to the point where I need to apply the crack. Every time I download the Ultimate Fix (I've tried all of the links), I can't seem to open the actual file. I have it, then I open it up and it wants me to install AceInstaller. I've tried installing it and it just installed Mackeeper and refused to eject. I got rid of it eventually, but I really don't want to have to install it again, unless I actually need it to access the file. Can you help me?

Hi,
I'm not an expert on Mac but if any third-party software tries to install the anything in your system, do not accept it. Our downloads won't ask simmers to install anything other than the game itself.
It's good that you have remove that program and take extra careful measures in the future to see if any 'random' program starts installing itself.
Back to the topic, which ultimate fix are you trying to install? Take a look at this guide here for Mac users if you have not done so. Our files are either .rar or .zip so you can safely unzip them to a location before 'installing'.

Thank you, I'm relieved to hear that! I'll make sure to not accept anything other than the game files.
I tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it, and now it works fine!
