Origin not running error.

I played the game all day yesterday fine but when I tried to play this morning I kept getting a "origin not running" error !
I've reinstalled twice and I even tried to download origin and play the game "offline" but it still isnt' working .

Have you tried playing the game, with the Origin client completely closed out, including the login prompt? You then have to use one of the .exe files under C:\Program files (x86)\The Sims 4\Game\Bin. Preferably the TS4.exe.

Have you tried that?

If you haven't done so already, please move the folder "The Sims 4", under C:\Program files (x86).
