So I kind of "promised" that I would do things differently from now. This is your "fast-release" of The Sims 4 University, including all 17 language Strings, a complete "Game"-subfolder (the people from ZLOrigin will know what that's for), and all patches for the newest version 1.58.63.1020. Requirements

You can apply this thing directly after having installed "Realm of Magic" from G4TW (refer to this guide for details), or if you got your repack from elsewhere you must have a TS4 game on patch version 1.55.105.1020 (or later), before you can apply this item. The download is 7.85GB in filesize.




"ISP warning"

For all of you digital internet travelers out there, a warning for the following countries is issued.

- America
- Canada
- Australia
- The United Kingdom
- New Zealand
- France
- Germany
- and probably a few other Western satellite states (Italy and Spain seem "on the ball" lately)

If you happen to torrent the item using your internet while being in one (or more) of these countries, you risk a termination of your internet subscription, and maybe severe fines too. If that happens, then whatever further consequences you may face are out of our hand, and it will be solely within your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements. In general, make an effort to actively inform yourselves about the situation in your own home-country regarding torrenting, as the above-listed countries are by no means an exhaustive listing; these countries are just your "usual suspects" in that regard. Use a paid VPN service like NordVPN, VPN.ac, Windscribe or ProtonVPN to cover your activities.

And note that these services are just recommendations. There's many more decent VPN services out there. As long as the basics of the VPN provider are present (privacy-friendly jurisdiction/location of company headquarters, DNS leak protection, killswitch, no-logs-policy) you're good to go with any VPN service that supports torrenting.

"Does it have to be a paid VPN service???" Yes, it does, because free ones are not going to cover your properly. VPN services are aware of the fact that more and more countries don't allow torrenting, and they want to exploit these trends, by offering P2P-capability only on paid plans.

Even if you use a VPN, try not to connect to servers located in the above-mentioned countries...if at all possible with your particular VPN service.

Yes, I'm sorry.  I promise I will try posting the files here if we can get our hands on the Legacy Edition. So from what we have been able to gather thus far, and if our "intel" is correct, this Legacy thing only shows up on Origin if you log in with a 32-bit system, and again, our source (a.k.a. Freezer Bunny) only has 64-bits. Just like the vast majority of people in 2019.

I myself only have a functioning 64-bit computer, as well. I still have a dusty old laptop from when I was at university way back in 2006, and it's a 32-bit device & operating system, but only with Windows XP. I don't think it'll let me even download TS4, even if I logged into Origin with that laptop, because of Windows XP.

And I did not want to wait longer for a release here; as things stand this thing here will still take a couple of hours until it's seeded.

No worries, we will add a GoogleDrive link later on, but I just can't give an ETA right now.

If I had undertaken to uploading this thing to GoogleDrive instead of starting the torrent immediately, it would have taken me quite a while as well to do so. And in the last couple of days I've experienced problems with uploading to GoogleDrive in general. It may be my internet, maybe the VPN, or maybe something is wrong at the moment with the GoogleDrive, I don't know.

Hello!

You do not need to have 1.56.52.1020 installed before this! The only thing you really need to do before applying this thing, is to install the "Realm of Magic" on version 1.55.105.1020.

heavens, ONLY an hour?   mine wont go above 800 kB/s and is frequently less than 100 kB/s, is that normal? I should have about 20 mG. i know it's suppose to be slow, but I wonder if there is something wrong with mine if you can get yours done in only an hour

It's not just you. Mine said an hour at first as well, now it's at 37% with 7 hours to go haha.

You can also view it from this perspective: you can use the time until the download is finished, to sort through your mods and custom content!   Because I'm almost positive that this new update will wreck 99.9% of your existing mods.

Mine would not download at all I have 'connecting with peers 0.0%' since like 2hours. Any tips? This is the 1st time that this is happening, I've always had very good internet connection and most torrents downloaded completelty in maximum of 1 hour

Sorry to hear.   This is a weakness with these torrents, that in certain situations you can't connect at all and/or speeds are super-slow. I looked at your IP address, and it seems we are on the same continent. I would have suggested to try using a VPN, and connect to a country that is close to where the majority of peers are, but maybe you don't have a VPN, or maybe in your case it wouldn't help much anyways.

Normally I'd have given my "goons" the GoogleDrive link and they would have helped seed as well, but as mentioned, due to technical problems this is not an option this time. 

I still think that compared to the alternative option (waiting for the thing to upload on GoogleDrive, and hoping the damn internet doesn't disconnect, making the upload start anew at 0%   ), this setup here is the - slightly - better way to do things. As painful as it is, I must admit.

I've also tried delegating the task of compiling these damn updates, to someone with a better internet than me. But you know, we don't really have that many options in terms of volunteer Helpers/Mods either. So after these years it's a responsibility that is still on my shoulders.

Thanks for the response! I don't use VPN and at the moment it is not possible for me to get it now (being a poor student really hurts lol). It's just very unusual for me 'cause as I said before, I've never had any issues with torrents speed. Anyway, I will wait for the google drive download or for the torrent for actually start downloading, I am not in hurry

I'm on 47% after 44minutes and it says I have 9 more hours to go (which seems unlikely, since it took 44minutes for almost half), but we'll get there!

Are people not seeding? It says on my thing that no one's seeding but I'm not sure.... I'm 4 hrs in and only 48% done and I'm not sure why lol It's never taken me longer than an hour to dl from here
